Please read and ensure you understand these terms and conditions. Appointments: These can be made by telephone or e-mail. You can also complete the enquiry form on our website and we will get in contact with you to discuss your needs, Payment terms: Payment is taken for four Saturdays in advance. We accept cash or online bank transfer in to our business account. All payments are non refundable. Enrolment Fee: Enrolment fee of £40 applies. This is to help cover printing cost and resource materials. Variation of fees and services: Fees may be changed and the services offered added to or withdrawn at any time. However, fees will not be varied during a course or other service in progress. At least one week advance notice will be given by the centre. Cancellation policy: Please give a minimum of 1 week notice if you no longer wish to carry on next month. If lessons are missed no refund will be provided. Students who do miss lessons will be provided work to catch up on. if you cannot attend a lesson we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance and your payment will be carried over for that day. No refund will be provided if we are informed on the day or not informed at all. Late Arrival: Students should aim to arrive 5 minutes before the start of their lesson. Any student who arrives late can only expect to be given the remainder of their lesson and not the full lesson time. Any student who is running late for a lesson will be expected to call or text to give an estimated arrival time. Personal belongings: All students are responsible for their own personal belongings. Top Grade LTD will not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items. General: In the interests of the Student’s well-being whilst in the teacher’s care, the centre must be informed of any medical or other condition affecting the Student. |
